1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Royal Concept Travel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment. Prices are quoted in USD and may vary based on travel dates, availability, and exchange rates. Royal Concept Travel accepts payment via bank transfer, M-Pesa, or credit card.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- 30+ days before departure: 20% of total booking fee
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total booking fee
- 7–14 days before departure: 75% of total booking fee
- Less than 7 days: 100% of total booking fee (non-refundable)
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@royalconcepttravel.com.
4. Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. Royal Concept Travel provides visa assistance services but cannot guarantee visa approval. We are not liable for any costs incurred due to rejected visa applications or denied entry.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, lost baggage, and personal liability. Royal Concept Travel is not responsible for any losses that would be covered by appropriate travel insurance.
6. Liability
Royal Concept Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party suppliers. In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), we will make every effort to assist clients but cannot guarantee full refunds.
7. Changes to Itinerary
Royal Concept Travel reserves the right to make changes to itineraries when necessary due to safety concerns, supplier changes, or force majeure events. We will notify clients as soon as possible and offer suitable alternatives.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
